Welcome to Registration for Fall 2021!
We are very excited to reopen our after school program, PS29+ to the PS29 community. Today we are releasing our Course Catalogue for Fall 2021 with registration to begin Wednesday, August 18th. We have been working diligently over the summer to put together our Kids Club program and Course Catalogue to reflect our new reality as we continue to mitigate risk for the Covid-19 virus. Our first goal is to keep the students safe, while also providing them enrichment and fun during the after school hours. On our website you can find FAQ’s, if there is something you have a question about that is not addressed on our website, please email us at info@ps29plus.com. HOW REGISTRATION WORKS:
August 16th - Course Catalogue is Released for Viewing on www.ps29plus.com and the Parent Portal
August 18th - Registration Opens for September Only Kids Club, October-December Kids Club and “Waitlist Only Registration” for Courses
Kids Club is direct registration, meaning you register and are given a spot directly until all the spots are filled
Courses are open for “waitlist only” registration so that we may run the course lottery the week of September 5th. Your course is not guaranteed until it is confirmed in the Parent Portal the week of September 13th. Please, as a courtesy to our fellow families, do not register for more than 2 courses during the “Waitlist Only Registration” period
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR COURSES:
Lottery open Wednesday August 18th-Sunday, Sept 5
Week of September 13th email Lottery results and open direct registration
“Free” Drop period from Monday September 13 -Sunday Sept 26
50% Drop fee Monday Sept 26- Sunday Oct 3 (one week)
NO REFUNDS after Monday Oct 4, Courses Begin October 4th
Courses are available online to preview before registration begins August 18th in our Parent Portal which you can find here.
If you are a new family to PS29+, you can start by making an account in the Parent Portal here.
Our Kids Club program will run school days from 2:50 until 6pm.
Kids Club includes supervised care with enrichment, outdoor play, and homework help.
All Covid-19 safety protocols will be followed to ensure the children and staff are safe. Read our FAQ's here.
