REGISTRATION INFO FORMS

Every incoming family must complete the PS29 REGISTRATION Information Form for each child that will be attending PS29 in the 2024 - 2025 school year.

 

• There are unique links for PreK and Kindergarten, so please use the appropriate link below for each child that is attending PS29.

• This form streamlines our processes and helps us compile all of your child's important information digitally, to be used for class placement and all school communications. 

• Please be sure to take care in filling this form out accurately and promptly. Please double check and be mindful of typos in your email addresses and phone numbers! This is a common issue, and can prevent you from receiving important school messages.
