Have you ever been stumped by your child's math homework? In this session, math coach Kim Van Duzer and classroom teachers will walk you through the models, language and concepts that are addressed in each grade's fall math homework assignments. We'll offer suggestions for ways to approach math homework with your child, and demonstrate ways that tools and visuals can help support math learning at home.
There will be three different workshops targeted for different grades. All workshops will begin at 8:35AM and end at 9:15AM.
October 8: Grades 4 & 5
October 10: Grade 3
October 16: Grade 1 & 2
Each workshop is limited to 25 participants. Due to limited space, we ask that only one parent per family attend.
