This year's "unGala" & Auction will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 7pm at Strong Rope Brewery in Red Hook. The annual event is typically our biggest fundraising event of the year. There's so much to celebrate! 100 years of PS 29, and the opportunity to come together again as a community and share drinks, food, fun and bidding. The Strong Rope Brewery is a new location for the event that boasts indoor-outdoor space and stunning views of the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor.

Get your tickets today! Early bird tickets are on sale now through March 31st. The venue has a limited capacity. Reserve your tickets before early bird pricing ends.
You can help! Here's how you can help: (A) donating an experience, merchandise, service, skill, mentorship; Do you have a weekend home? Do you have access to backstage passes to an event? Are you a business owner that likes to support public education? Do you have a friend, neighbor or relative that can donate a unique experience near or far, a service, gift card, tickets to an event or other? Do you have a special skill to teach? (B) soliciting donations on behalf of PS29 (Please refer to this list for businesses already approached. Feel free to contact a business on the list that hasn’t yet been contacted or add a new business to the list. Please include your contact info if you plan to approach the business so that multiple people are not approaching the same business); or (C) helping us find business sponsors to underwrite the event. Sponsorships at various levels are available. This is a great way for business owners to support the event while making a tax-deductible contribution. Also, check out our suggested list of “60 Great Donation Ideas”. While greatly appreciated, we ask that you do not purchase gift cards to be sold at the auction as they may sell for less than you paid. Instead, consider making a donation via our auction website. If you’re a DJ willing to donate your time or can help put together a playlist for the unGala, please contact ps29auction@gmail.com.
