The new issue of the 29 Post features 20 pages packed with news, interviews, photos, essays, games and contests. This spring issue includes a reported piece on 29’s first kindergarten wait-list, an article on immigration and the school community, a look at whether boys and girls learn differently, reports on popular enrichments like WITS and Cool Clusters, an examination of how the school teaches coding, a timely trend piece assessing the relatives merits of putty vs. slime, a sneak peek at the 5th grade play, a Super Science Saturday photo spread, book reviews, interviews with the school secretaries and Safety Officer Grant, film reviews, the last installment of our Cool Parent Jobs feature, the results of the first-ever 29 Post Historical Fiction and Create Your Own Animal Contests and much, much more.

Throughout, there’s some beautiful student photography.

All 29 families should have received this issue in your child’s backpack. You can also read and print the new issue of 29 Post here and pick up copies in the PTA office. And watch this space for new 29 Post blog reports.

Kudos to our extraordinary group of 4th and 5th grade student-reporters!
