PS 29 Siblings (both zoned & unzoned)
have Preference for Pre-K Seats.

P. S. 29 Registration Information
Registration will begin Wednesday, March 19, 2008
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Daily for
Kindergarten (children born in 2003),
First Grade (children born in 2002)
& all other grades.
You must bring the following with you to register:
1. Your child
2. Two Proof of Address documents in the form of unpaid current gas and electric bills (no leases, telephone bill/cable bills, or driver’s license will be accepted)
3. An original birth/baptismal certificate or passport
4. The child’s immunization record
*Please note that the registration process will not be initiated if any one of the above is not presented at the time of registration. In order to expedite the registration please copy the birth certificate and immunization record, but still bring the originals.
SEATS WILL GO TO ZONED CHILDREN FIRST. THEREFORE, ONLY CHILDREN ZONED FOR PS29 WILL BE PERMITTED TO REGISTER FOR SEPTEMBER AT THIS TIME.
If you have a child (through grade 4) attending PS29 but you no longer live in the zone, and would like to register a sibling, please see Maureen Monaco in the main office. We will try our best to accommodate non-zoned siblings. Please note that these decisions cannot be made until June.
We would appreciate it if you would pass this information on to friends and neighbors who have children born in the years mentioned above. Also please note that children already in our Pre-Kindergarten classes DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER. Registration is for students NEW to the school only.
